Throwback Thursday was a hashtag that took Instagram by storm. Everyone took advantage of Thursdays every week to post photos from the past that could range from their childhood to trips from a few months ago. Even though it wasn’t Thursday, Kiernan Shipka y January Jones have starred in the throwback most wonderful in the world by wearing the same clothes they wore a decade ago at the 2011 Golden Globes.
January Jones was one of the favourites of the 2011 edition: wearing a gorgeous red dress signed by Versace, this one was dressed with a daring V-neckline with areas cut out on the sides. A decade later, the dress still fits her and she has shown it on her personal Instagram account.
Kiernan Shipka was a child when she first attended the 2011 Golden Globes, and posing alongside the Mad Men star she wore an understated brown velvet gown by Papo d’Anjo. We don’t know if it’s the same design or a replica (most likely), but the actress has not hesitated to wear the same look as her partner.
With a white accordion collar and short puffed sleeves, the actress has shown that anything is possible.
